Mental Health Awareness Month

 

During the month of May, we support children’s mental health awareness and the importance of developing and maintaining a positive attitude. On a daily basis, the teachers teach the children how to make friends, to cooperate with others, to accept feelings, to have a positive self-image, to gather knowledge through learning experiences, and to keep healthy with proper nutrition and exercise. This month in your classroom you will notice that the children will be participating in making green ribbons to share with their families in celebration of the event.
