The Human Resource Department is responsible for personnel policy compliance and implementation, recruitment and selection process, benefits administration, performance evaluations, and all related personnel issues.

 

Nueces County Community Action Agency has a variety of positions to fulfill our mission, services, and resources for our community’s low-income citizens to improve the quality of their lives and our community.

 

All full-time (non-probationary/temporary) positions are eligible for excellent and competitive Health, Dental, and Accidental Death and Disability Insurances, as well as a 403(B).
